Trading Account
To use fxTrade Practice Mobile, you need a trading account. Go to www.fxtrade.com on your desktop computer or laptop to set up an account.
Supported Mobile Devices
This mobile application is coded in WAP 2 and should be supported by most mobile devices with internet connectivity supporting that format.
The design is kept simple so it can run on a large range of mobile devices. We can’t make recommendations, but our testing has shown it works quite smoothly on the following devices: Palm Treo, BlackBerry, iPhone, and PDA powered by Windows Mobile.
Mobile Browser Settings
If you find the interface isn’t displaying properly, check the browser settings on your mobile device:
- Windows Mobile 5 users:
Go to Internet Explorer > Menu > View and use 'Default'. (Make sure the table columns aren’t set to one-column display.) - Windows Mobile 6 users:
Go to Internet Explorer > Menu > View and use 'Fit to Screen' - BlackBerry users:
Go to Web Browser > Options > Browser Config and check 'Support HTML tables' and 'Support Style-Sheets.'
Trading off-exchange foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. Trading through an on-line platform carries additional risks. Please refer to our more detailed Risk Warning, and NFA's FOREX INVESTOR ALERT.
